It is pretty firm, but you melt right into the foam so it is also soft. Unless you have slept on a good quality memory foam mattress before, you won’t understand how thats possible, but it is. It is like sleeping on a cloud. All of my back pain and spinal pain near my hips is gone. I no longer have to sleep on my side in order to get comfortable. I no longer toss and turn at night and end up at the weirdest angles when I wake up.

The price is great compared to spring mattresses and it’s pretty good compared to similar foam mattresses from other mattress brands. Very easy to unpack.

My back feels great after a week of sleeping on it. Perfect for large framed individuals (I’m over 250 lbs) and soft enough for side-sleeping. I am a tummy and side sleeper and my wife is back and side. We both wake up feeling refreshed and no more achey backs, necks, and shoulders.

Just hope Sleep Master stays in business and maintains the quality. Will never spend two grand on a mattress again. Only this kind of mattress with a two inch Talalay topper. I can still feel the memory foam. Perfect.

Basically, if you’re thinking about getting this mattress, go for it. It’s squishy and soft and so incredibly comfortable.

Negative Reviews

First, the smell. I’m not sure what other memory-foam mattresses are like, but the smell with this mattress was really not that bad. For the first day, you could definitely get a strong whiff of a foamy smell just when entering the bedroom where it was set up.

Quality seems good, however, if you are looking for “cloud-like” comfort, look elsewhere. This is very firm.
